About you

Provide strategic direction, leadership, and challenge at the Board of Directors. 

Support the business in working in a public sector environment while driving commercial growth and long-term sustainable profit to the Shareholder. 

Make an active contribution to the success of the business through strategic and commercial insights, and independent, constructive challenge. 

Scrutinize and monitor the company’s performance in meeting agreed goals and objectives, ensuring high levels of accountability, best practice, and corporate governance. 

Act as an ambassador for Corserv, working in partnership with external stakeholders and promoting a positive and open culture. 

Our new Non-Executive Director will provide independent oversight and contribute to the strategic direction of Corserv Solutions Ltd and its subsidiaries bringing expertise in business to consumer activities. As a member of the Board, you will play a crucial role in governance and act as a critical friend to the Executive team. 

Non-Executive Director (B2C focus)

Using your extensive experience in a B2C environment, you will offer strategic advice and challenge on company development, marketing, customer engagement, and service delivery. Your insights into consumer behaviour and preferences will be invaluable in improving our customer-focused services, particularly within our Care Division. You will work closely with the Chair and other Non-Executive Directors to ensure that the board operates effectively and maintains the highest standards of governance. 

We are seeking an exceptional leader with: 

  • Executive level experience within a B2C sector and a strong understanding of consumer needs, marketing, and innovation. 

  • Strong business and financial acumen, alongside a clear focus on people and values aligned to Corserv culture. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple language.
