Message from the Chair

Thank you for your interest in joining the Board of Corserv Care as a Non-Executive Director. This is an exceptionally exciting time to join our organisation as we continue to evolve and expand our role as a leading provider of integrated care services across Cornwall.

As part of the wider Corserv Group; a diverse, Cornwall Council-owned company, Corserv Care is at the heart of our mission: ‘working together to improve the lives of people in our communities’. Whether through our community support teams or our innovative Technology Enabled Care (TEC) offerings, we are dedicated to helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Our current Business Plan sets an ambitious path for sustainable commercial growth and operational excellence. We are looking for a Non-Executive Director who can bring fresh external perspectives and constructive challenge to our Board. We particularly value leaders who align with our core values: being ‘Collaborative, Committed, Trusted, and Inclusive’.
